helpful staff simple check-in great location basic room small bathroom unclean shower
the staff were helpful throughout my stay. check-in was simple, even when i showed up earlier than expected. the location is great, it is a short walk to notable attractions.
my room was quite basic. the bathroom was small with limited counter space near the sink. the shower looked rather unclean, especially the base and door.

convenient location, A superb stay
super location friendly staff nice breakfast clean bathroom
The hotel is in a super location very close to the spanish steps. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast. It included scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, yogurt, and pastries. I found the bathroom to be really nice and clean. It also included a hot tub.

the location was very convenient. it was close to popular attractions. i found the staff helpful. breakfast offered a decent variety of items.
the room i had was a bit smaller than i expected. the lift was quite small, it might pose a challenge for those with limited mobility. i noticed that some of the facilities listed were not available in my room.

helpful staff arrival slippers nearby restaurants
The staff was very nice and helpful . The room included slippers upon arrival. I found plenty of shops and restaurants near the hotel.
The orange juice at breakfast tasted somewhat watery (but the brown bread was good!).

Excellent Location Near Spanish Steps
metro station good shower comfortable room
The hotel sits near to the Spanish Steps. I found a metro station about 100 meters away, that was Spagna. The room included a very good shower pressure. The room was big, I consider it comfortable.
I noticed the room had an awkward situation. Marble stairs go down to the living space immediately upon entering. The bedroom was up a short flight of stairs, it was tiny. The mattress felt hard.

Staff provided maps at the concierge, I thought it was helpful. They order taxis for visitors. The staff was polite. I consider that the service was quite good.
